Hi, I'm Anna – fitness trainer with a mission.

My own journey started in 2012, when I decided to become stronger and healthier. Since then, strength training has shaped not just my body, but my mindset and my life – especially as a mother of three. And now an expat in the Netherlands.
Today, I help women build strength that supports their real lives. With structure, knowledge and heart.
